Free fitness classes with Monique. Women of all ages are welcome! It's a fun way to stay fit minus the hassle of expensive gym fees.
Monique leads the sessions which start with stretching on gentle music sounds, continued by a warming up with a mixture of aerobics, zumba and modern dance exercises on mostly african, latin, or middle eastern rhythms, followed by a full on zumba workout, supported by a variety of guided DVD presentations.
Monday evening sessions are for the beginners and moderate level and starts at 6 pm. The Thursday evening sessions starts at 5.45 pm and is suitable for the more advanced level.
